In this post we share a variety of recent praises and blessings!  It seems that we see something profoundly special on a weekly basis with our Pakistan villages and all the beautiful changes flowing from their commitment to Yahuah through His Son Yahusha!

First we share a man who has now become a new creation in Yahusha!  Brother Kevin and Brother Asif were able to share the truth with this dear man, and He received it and was immediately baptized!  Look at his happy, grateful face (he's the one on the far right)!!

Next we share a testimony of a sister who said that although she is illiterate and cannot read, she is so blessed to hear the words shared in the teaching in her village group.  Just hearing the words has brought her joy and her life is changed!  She said Yahuah has blessed her!  Glory halleluYah!!

And finally we share some sweet pictures of the children in their new school classes.  They look so happy to be learning!  We are so proud of them!

In previous posts, we have shared progress on the flourishing gardens in Pakistan!  These gardens came from land purchased and leased through the donations of Winning Pakistan supporters, which include members of WP team, Calendar Club zoom group, family and friends, and others who have seen the work and want to be a part of it!  

As of now, we have two 25x25 plots that the people own, as well as four separate acres that are being leased by the year.  These land plots are all set apart for gardens, which are already and will continue to provide the people with ongoing food and even further provision through the selling of excess food.  These gardens have been the start of self-sustainment for the people, and we are grateful to our supporters and especially to Yahuah who has poured out His favor!

​And now we share some of the recent produce from our more mature gardens:

As so many of the more fortunate are gearing up to lavish gifts and goodies upon their loved ones, many others are simply trying to survive... including trying to stay warm in freezing temperatures.  Our prayers and desires are to bless the least of these now with the necessities for warmth and health!

The people in need in the villages of Pakistan range from babies to the elderly; and then there are those who have no village and live on the streets -- of which many are young children.  We have shared pictures of these children in previous posts with more included below (these are real pictures taken by our leaders).  

While it is our dream to secure an orphanage and help these children, we realize this can be complicated and time-consuming.  In the meantime, we can work with our brothers and sisters in Pakistan to get these children blankets, pillows, warm clothes, and shoes...  as well as a way to get a hot meal.  This alone will make life on the street more bearable during these cold months.

Please help us help them.  If you have all you need, and even an abundance, please consider blessing them through this ministry.  Every cent that we receive goes directly to purchase the exact items needed!  And we are always sure to post the joy of those in need receiving these items --  and to glorify our Father in Heaven, Yahuah, in the name of His Son Yahusha, for all He is doing for them.

We preface this post by stating that what we will share with you is a sobering reality of what our brothers and sisters in Pakistan endure and see, even in cases, on a regular basis.  We would also like to say that it is our goal to only share authentic pictures and details given to us by our leaders, as they obtain from either their own eyewitness or someone they trust.  

As we all know, the winter is approaching in Pakistan just as it is here.  The people are in dire need of clothing and blankets to stay warm, and we have already made progress in addressing this need (pictures below).  But also in addition to this, there are even more dire circumstances for the homeless.   While we realize that it will be difficult to address and solve every need of the people, it will not stop us from trying.  We have recently worked with one of our leaders in Pakistan to arrange a home for two widows and their children, and as soon as today or tomorrow, we are hopeful that they will be off the streets!  We can only imagine the joy and relief this will bring to them!  We are hopeful to get pictures of this to share as well!

While it is our ultimate goal to do everything we can to help, we do not desire to pressure anyone into participating in or donating towards this goal.  We only provide the truth of what is going on and present it as an opportunity to help and make a difference, as the hands and feet of our King and Savior Yahusha.  And it is true that with the blessing of Yahuah, we ARE making a huge difference!  If you are moved to help with this cause, please go to our Donate page.  And in all cases, your prayers are just as important, so please pray for our efforts and for the peoples' needs to be met quickly!   We sincerely thank you!

As we shared a few update posts ago, we have now purchased and leased land to create gardens for the people that will provide food on an ongoing basis.  Also important, this land will enable some of the people to leave the hard labor of the brickyards where they were working for daily food rations.

As of today, we have now successfully acquired land as follows:

   -- leased 4 acres for one year each (The contracts on these leases are written such they cannot be taken from
       the people during or after the lease, unless the rent is not paid.  The rent is being paid annually at $600 per
       acre, and we are seeking to lease one more acre at $600.)

  -- purchased two 25 x 25 plots (We have the written deeds in hand, and the people own this land!  We are
       working to purchase two more plots at $800 each.)

We would like to now share pictures of the progress on some of the land and how it is flourishing with veggies such as radishes and turnips, along with herbs such as coriander and methi; and even more!!  Other parts of the land are currently being prepared for planting for winter crops; we will share more on this as things progress.  (If you would like to see before pictures of the land that is now producing, go to this previous post.)

We praise Yahuah for His will in this regard and continue to ask for His life, breath, and living water to cause the gardens to grow and flourish!  We are so very happy for the people that they have received this gift of life!  

In today's post, we want to focus on the people in a particular village who are basically indebted with their lives to brickyard owners.  This debt is due to loans the people took from the owners in order to obtain basic living necessities.  These people have no freedom; they are bound to the brickyards until their debt is paid.  Obviously, anyone who knows the Bible can see how this story mimics the children of Israel, bound in Egypt.  This is still happening in our world today!

We at Winning Pakistan do not pretend to be able to solve all of the atrocities that we see in Pakistan (realizing this i not just limited to Pakistan), as they are great beyond our imagination.  But once we are made aware, then we know that we must do something, even if it is simply to pray.  As a matter of fact, prayer can open the heavenly floodgates of provision and redemption that we could never control or manipulate even in our zeal to help.  And it is this where we ask you to come into agreement with us...  in prayer!  

Please pray for the redemption, release, and restoration of these people, now bound into slavery and barely getting by from day to day.  They need our fervent prayers and our love, and our obedience in prayer will move our Father's heart towards them and hear both our cries and theirs!  (Emphasis in red below)

How exciting to have a goal and see it begin to come to fruition!  This might be a little longer post, but it is oh so exciting and filled with pictures of blessing!

We recently purchased a small plot of barren, dry land, with the intention of following biblical principles to transform it into a fertile garden that will feed the people!  And this is exactly what is happening!

Our master gardener, David K, is working with Jennifer in Pakistan to create this wonderful, long-term solution to the food needs in the nearby villages.  This garden, along with the others we are working to create, will provide food, work, and and further substance to the people -- not to mention the wonderful feeling of having their own means where they can work together for the betterment of their people.

None of this would be possible without our Father's blessings of the land purchase, gardening wisdom, and the willingness of the people to believe and act!  We are also in the process of purchasing more plots and also working with Sheraz to lease land to help many of the villages.  Seeing the sowing turning into reaping for such a deserving people is an absolute blessing!!

The before and after pictures are a beautiful testimony to the miracles and changes that are happening in Pakistan...  all through LOVE!!

Today, Chand (one of the Pakistan leaders) shares pictures of some of the children and what a day in their lives looks like.  What strong and courageous children they are, stepping up to do the work that usually is performed by adults.  These children miss the freedom and carefree life of childhood, but by the grace and love of our Father, they endure!   We love the children of Pakistan, and it is our goal to help change things for them so that they can be children as long as possible!!

As winter approaches, our focus for providing help and assistance still remains on clean water, but now also a priority is coats, shoes, and socks.  We have made some updates to our Donate page and would like to make everyone aware of the current needs so that you may prayerfully consider if and how you can help.  

Giving to the poor is mentioned over and over and in the Word as one of the primary outcomes of our salvation, and it is so important and precious to the heart of our King!  If you ever ask  Him, "Yahusha, what can I do for you?"  This would be one of the first things He would say, just as He did so many times in His Word!  And how does He bless you for this?  With the absolute joy of knowing you have pleased Him as well as given from your blessings to the "least of these" who represent Him!

This post is of a very serious nature.  We cannot stress enough the dire need of water systems to purify the water for specific villages.  While some villages are doing well with the systems already provided, others villages are suffering greatly from illness and even death...  all from contaminated water!  This is a strong focus of our current giving goals.  Please consider the pictures below and know they barely scratch the surface to represent the depth of the problem.  Our brothers and sisters are suffering in ways we cannot understand and have never experienced!  Please consider helping us help them!

 ​Glory glory to Yahuah - He provides!!  

Many of our brothers and sisters in Pakistan have experienced the terrible symptoms of drinking unclean water, which in some cases has been their only option.  Specifically, the people of the village of one of our leaders (Jennifer) have recently been sick from the water, even with serious conditions such as typhoid fever.

BUT we praise the Father, as He has moved His people to give, resulting in the installation of another brand new water filtration system in this village!  The people are recovering and enjoying the pure living water provided through the Father through His hands and feet across the sea!    What an honor and blessing!

Can you imagine your 5-6-year-old child working barefooted in the hot sun making bricks to help with the family's daily food rations?  This is what our brothers and sisters see and live each day in Pakistan.  This is their reality... a reality that we would likely struggle to endure.  This is why we share; this is why we pray; this is why we make it a priority in our hearts to help in any way that we can...  this is our responsibility as children of the Most High God, given to us directly by Him. 

​May these pictures touch our hearts and remind us of the hard reality from which we have have been so undeservingly sheltered, knowing that to whom much is given, much is certainly required  (Luke 12:48).
